<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food cover not to be an obstacle even when it is placed at hand, so as to be easily used anytime, since there has been problems that a cared person hardly takes out a meal cooked by a home care worker, which has been put into a refrigerator, etc., in a hot period, when the cared person cannot eat the meal on the caring spot, and also that the meal can be kept cool even on a table by using a refrigerant, etc., but a cooling time is short. <P>SOLUTION: Portions to be a bottom and a cover are formed by using a heat insulation material, and pockets for putting-in the refrigerant or a body warmer are arranged on the inner side of the cover portion. The cover portion has skirts and the bottom part has flanges by cutting in the circumference, so that airtightness is improved. The cover is developed by opening to the right and left from a front, thereby facilitating the work to put on the meal and the refrigerant or body warmer.
