The method involves introducing an electronic component (2) between upper cover portion (3) and lower cover portion (4). The hot-melt adhesive films (5,6) are laminated at both sides of the electronic component. An enclosed electronic component between the cover portions is obtained by lamination under heat and pressure. The strip conductors (9,10) are formed at the cover portions and/or at the hot-melt adhesive films, and are connected with contacts (7,8) of the electronic component.
