Device (1) for the continuous production of cut moldings comprising at least one filler, comprises an extruder (2) for generating at least one extrudate, the filler-containing extrudate strand (5), a conveyor (12) downstream to the extruder for conveying the extrudate strand, a cutting device comprising at least one rotating cutting knife, and at least one tempering zone (14) within which the extrudate changes its temperature. The extrusion speed, conveyor speed and cutting speed are synchronized such that extrudate has a predetermined consistency in the cutting time due to tempering.
