Provided is a portable terminal device, etc., in which a small handwritten image can be easily and precisely drawn. This portable terminal device is provided with: an input detection unit (10) on which an image is input through a touch panel; a display unit (30) which displays the image input on the input detection unit (10) and an input region presentation line (L) which presents at least a part of an end of an input region (D) to which an image is input through the input detection unit (10); and a display control unit (20) which controls a display region to be displayed by the display unit (30) so that the end of the input region (D) is recognized on the basis of a frame line (L).
