The present invention relates to a resin composition for a moisture-absorbing film, to a moisture-absorbing film for a package, and to a method for manufacturing same, the resin composition consisting of a polyethylene resin and polyacrylic acid partial sodium salt (PAPSS) or attapulgite synthesized acrylic amide (ATPGAA) as a moisture absorber. According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a moisture-absorbing film having good moisture-absorbing capability and good physical properties. Typically, flowers for export are packaged using a silica gel paper for color preservation. By replacing the typical silica gel paper with the moisture-absorbing film of the present invention, which can be easily handled and exhibits good moisture-absorbing capability, the preservation of products can be improved. The moisture-absorbing film of the present invention can also be used for powdery products such as wheat flour and frying mix, or for dried fish. In addition, the moisture-absorbing film of the present invention can be applied to moisture-free packaging for mechanical parts or scrap iron, thus improving the effect of preserving the products, and further can be used as a packing material for storing products or for dehumidifying the inside of a storage area.
