<p>A management device for managing meal information contains an input unit for inputting the meal information and weight of a user along with the time and date (S11-3, S12-3), a processing unit for processing the meal information and the weight, and an output unit for outputting the information processed by means of the processing unit (S33-2). The processing unit executes a process (S31, S32) for storing the meal information during a unit period in association with the change in the weight of the user during said unit period to a storing device, and a process (S33-1) for outputting, in accordance with the change in the weight of the user during the unit period, a meal content based on the meal information stored in the storing device in association with the change in weight.</p> |
