<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of hardly giving discomfort to a user by refraining from recording moving image data of similar scenes many times in a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus determines whether or not a predetermined condition is satisfied, records still image data in a recording medium by following an instruction for recording, and controls a recording means so as not to record moving image data in the recording medium, if the predetermined condition is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
