<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device according to the present invention comprises a resin molding having a recess; a first conductive member and a second conductive member having terminal parts exposed from a first outside face and a second outside face opposed to each other, respectively; and a light emitting element located on the first conductive member exposed to a bottom face of the recess. The recess has a first bottom face, on which the light emitting element is located, and a second bottom face provided on an upper side of an outer periphery of the first bottom face. The first conductive member has a first bent part bent in an upper direction of the recess, and a first exposure part continued from the first bent part and exposed to the second bottom face, at a position away from a center line connecting a center fo the first outside face and a center of the second outside face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
