摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of continuing to provide communication services even in the case of occurrence of abnormalities. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication system has a transmission path control server, and a plurality of base stations each including means establishing wireless connection with the other base station indicated by emergency transmission path information received from the transmission path control server via satellite communication.
