<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a vertical position imaging, sensitivity in the zenith direction is reduced and a positioning error becomes larger, because a sensitivity distribution of a GPS antenna is so made that the sensitivity in the zenith direction generally becomes the maximum when an attitude of an imaging apparatus is for a horizontal position imaging. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU16 does not update position information for a constant retention time T when detecting that an output from an attitude sensor 20 at time t1 changes from a horizontal position to a vertical position.
