<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which suppresses cracks of a wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 comprises: a wiring board 3; a terminal electrode 2 provided on a side surface of the wiring board 3; and a shield case 4 which has a rectangle shaped top plate 42 and a joining leg part 43, provided on at least one side of the top plate 42 and joined to the terminal electrode 2 through a joining material 5, and covers an upper surface of the wiring board 3.
