<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently circulate a liquid in a sealed circulation passage. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a passage in which a liquid is sealed and which has elasticity; and a pump which communicates with an inlet and an outlet of the passage and discharges the liquid at a predetermined discharge pressure to circulate the liquid in the passage. The passage and the pump constitute a sealed circulation passage.
