<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupuncture moxibustion means in which a high therapeutic effect and a symptom improving effect can be obtained, and that is handy. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by improving materials such as a circle skin needle, and combining them with a moxibustion device, and using them. The structure of the moxibustion device is made a shape of one point moxibustion, thereby obtaining an especially high therapeutic effect. The moxibustion device includes: a moxa loading section provided on an upper section; and a hole that opens up and down, provided at a center section of a lower end surface, wherein an area of an upper side opening section of the hole is two times to 400 times of an area of a lower end surface opening. The kit for moxibustion includes: the moxibustion device; a titanium-containing circle skin needle; and a titanium-containing ball or a titanium-containing plate as a set.
