<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction structure capable of efficiently reducing noise generated inside a gas flow passage and preventing gas from leaking. <P>SOLUTION: The noise reduction structure 10 includes a plurality of openings 12 provided on a partition wall 11a for forming an air conditioner duct, a porous member 13 provided so as to close the openings 12, an airtight member 14 provided so as to coat an outer surface of the porous member 13, and a porous member 15 provided so as to coat an outer surface of the air-tight member 14. The porous member 13, the air-tight member 14, and the porous member 15 are provided on a surface of the partition wall 11a in a stacked manner.
