<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve brazing characteristic of a partition part and an end part closing part of a header pipe, comprising a plurality of members, to improve assembly workability, and to detect internal leakage of a heat exchange medium. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger, which includes a pair of header pipes 2 and 3, facing each other, and a plurality of heat exchange pipes 4 to which the header pipes are connected, and includes the partition part at least in the header pipe so that a coolant flows in zig zag through a flow path and the heat exchange pipe, the header pipe is formed of first and second header pipe halves 10 and 20 which divide the header pipe along the radial direction, and a blocking member 11 is formed integrally with the first header pipe half, at the end part in length direction of the first header pipe half, and a partition member 12 constituting the partition part is formed integrally, so that the first and second header pipe halves are joined together under the condition that the blocking member and the partition member are fitted in slits 21a and 21b provided to the second header pipe half. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
