The present invention provides an integrated electrode assembly wherein: a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separating layer located between the positive electrode and negative electrode have a mutually integrated structure; the separating layer is formed of three phases of a liquid component including ionic salt, a solid component which supports the separating layer between the positive electrode and negative electrode, and a polymer matrix which includes linear polymers and crosslinking polymers forming a viscoelastic structure while containing the liquid component and solid component therein; the polymer matrix is coupled with the positive electrode and negative electrode, respectively; and, in the manufacture of the electrode assembly, the liquid component of the separating layer flows into the electrode, so that the wetting characteristic of the electrode is significantly improved, and ion conductivity is also improved.
