WEB-BASED INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL REMOTE TERMINAL UNIT WITH EMERGENCY DRIVING, DATA BACKUP AND PORT EXTENSION

PURPOSE: A web based measurement control remote terminal unit capable of emergent operation, data backup, and port extension is provided to perform control through a 3G wireless internet network when a wired internet network is blocked by a blackout, thereby preventing occurrence of greater damage in advance. CONSTITUTION: A communication port(33) is connected to a measuring device(10). A power supply unit(31) supplies power required for a system to each configuration unit. A touch panel(37) displays a system state for informing the system state to an administrator. A central process unit(39) receives a measurement value which is transmitted from the measuring device. The central process unit manages a database using the measurement value.
