PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrolyte-flowing device is provided to prevent the leakage of electrolyte, to maximize contact and active area between electrolyte and an electrode, and to maintain whole rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrolyte-flowing device comprises: a step of forming a body(501) from a polypropylene plate; a step of forming a flow groove in the body; a step of forming a flow groove(505); a step of separating the body to a lower part, a center part, and an upper part; a step of forming an electrolyte supply hole(502), a first transversal channel, and an electrolyte through hole; a step of forming a first and a second longitudinal channels, and a combining hole(511); a steof forming a second longitudinal channel, and forming electrolyte discharging hole; a step of recovering the body by conjugating the lower part, the center part, and the top part; and a step of manufacturing the electrolyte-flowing device by insert-installing a dispersing member in the flow groove.
