<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lamp capable of utilizing light irradiated upward from a light source and light irradiated downward from the light source and improving luminous flux utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular lamp 1 includes a bulb 40, a first reflection surface 11, a second reflection surface 21, a third reflection surface 31, a first projection lens 50, and a second projection lens 60. A first focal point F1 of the first reflection surface 11 is arranged on the bulb 40 and a second focal point F2 of the first reflection surface 11 is arranged in front of the bulb 40. A rear side focal point F5 of the first projection lens 50 is arranged at the first focal point F1 of the first reflection surface 11. A first focal point F3 of the second reflection surface 21 is arranged on the bulb 40, and a second focal point F4 of the second reflection surface 21 is arranged at an upper part of the first focal point F1 of the first reflection surface 11. The third reflection surface 31 is arranged at an upper part of the first focal point F1 of the first reflection surface 11, and a virtual image V4 of the second focal point F4 of the second reflection surface 21 is formed with the third reflection surface 31.
