<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire for a treatment instrument and the treatment instrument which hardly cause expansion even when manipulations of the treatment instrument and treatment operations are repeated, and which is excellent in durability to bending. <P>SOLUTION: The wire 1 for the treatment instrument obtained by twisting two or more metal element wires is composed of a first element wire 2 and a second element wire 3, wherein the break elongation of the first element wire 2 is 5% or less, and the break elongation of the second element wire 3 is 20% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
