<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the lotion for protecting the scalp is required since the increase of scalp troubles of Japanese people does not become less, the loss of hairs, becoming thin hairs, the cutting of hairs and gray hairs start at lower ages, as the causes of them, scalp damages caused by biased foods, stresses, the use of a cheap synthetic shampoo, permanent wave, hair dyeing, etc., can be cited, and since hair-dyeing is performed by 2 to 3 weeks interval from forties when the gray hairs become conspicuous, the scalp troubles such as extreme drying of the scalp, dandruff, itchiness, the loss of hairs, becoming thin hairs, etc., are aggravated. <P>SOLUTION: Conventionally, against the dyestuffs used for the gray hair at middle ages or advanced ages to increase the scalp troubles starting at the lower ages, substances only protecting the dyeing of the skin at the temple or behind ears are available. Oily cold cream can protect the skin but inhibit the dyeing, and there is no substance protecting the scalp itself.
