The purpose of the present invention is to provide a motor control device capable of improving the stability of sensorless control of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor. A rotor-position detection means (10): has a motor-parameter correction means (30) that corrects parameters, said parameters being device constants for the motor (coil winding resistance and permanent-magnet magnetic flux), in order to eliminate the difference between a detected induced-voltage amplitude and a calculated induced-voltage amplitude; and detects the position of a rotor on the basis of the corrected parameters. |
