<p>A conductive paste which contains an Ag powder, a glass frit, a thermosetting resin and a solvent. The thermal decomposition of the thermosetting resin terminates at a temperature of 450-650°C, and the thermosetting resin is contained in the paste in an amount of 1.0% by weight or less (excluding 0% by weight). In cases where a cellulose derivative is contained in the conductive paste, the total content of the thermosetting resin and the cellulose derivative is 2.0% by weight or less. A light-receiving surface electrode (3) is formed using the conductive paste. Consequently there can be achieved: a conductive paste for forming an electrode for solar cells, which enables high bonding strength between a light-receiving surface electrode and a semiconductor substrate, and which is capable of achieving good conversion efficiency; a solar cell which is manufactured using the conductive paste; and a method for manufacturing a solar cell.</p> |
