PURPOSE: A method for providing a bruxism alleviation service using electric stimulation and a recording medium thereof, and a bruxism sensing device and a portable device for a patient is provided to supply stimulation by automatically recognizing bruxism symptom generation without any help, thereby alleviating the bruxism symptom. CONSTITUTION: A bruxism sensor(100) is installed in an inside or outside of a mouth of a bruxism patient. The bruxism sensor senses a noise of a vibration generated by bruxism in a sleep state of the patient. The bruxism sensor transmits a bruxism generation signal to a portable device for a patient(105). The portable device for the patient generates electric stimulation or a specific sound or a vibration corresponding to the bruxism generation signal received. A server(110) receives periodically a generation history of the electric stimulation or the specific sound or the vibration and checks automatically a bruxism symptom alleviation state of the patient. |
