PURPOSE: A solid fuel manufacturing apparatus based on livestock excrements is provided to treat livestock excrements to become alternative energy and to reduce the generating amount of greenhouse gas. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel manufacturing apparatus includes an impurity classifying unit(100), a transferring unit(200), a stirring and molding unit(300), and a drying unit(400). The impurity classifying unit includes a classifying unit, a guiding screw unit, and a classifying frame. The classifying unit classifies impurities included in livestock excrements. The guiding screw unit guides the classified livestock excrements to the transferring unit. The classifying unit and the guiding screw unit are fixed to the classifying frame. The transferring unit includes a main body part, a transferring screw, and a transferring motor. A plurality of stirring blades is arranged at the stirring and molding unit. The drying unit dries molded products to become solid fuel. |
