摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution having a RC filter between each battery cell and a battery monitoring device, in which variations in a cut-off frequency are reduced regardless of any path, and the erroneous determination of whether or not a circuit is malfunctioned is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In adjacent battery cells 11, a negative electrode terminal of the battery cell 11 on the high voltage side and a positive electrode terminal of the battery cell 11 on the low voltage side are communalized and connected to a common terminal 20. Then, in a RC filter circuit 40, the common terminal 20 is branched, the branched terminals are respectively connected to resistors 41, 42, one of a pair of detection terminals 61, 62 different from each other is connected to these respective resistors 41, 42, and furthermore, capacitors 43 are connected between the pairs of detection terminals 61, 62, respectively. Moreover, a first short-circuit switch 73 is connected to both terminals 63a, 64a on the low voltage side out of two sets of first and second detection terminals 63, 64, and a second short circuit switch 74 is connected to both terminals 63b and 64b on the high voltage side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
