<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup container with a label, which has an in-mold label obtained by layering a paper-made layer and has such layer constitution that the cost of the in-mold label can be reduced and peeling off of the in-mold label from the surface of the cup container can be surely prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The cup container with a label is obtained by sheathing a cup container 1 made of a synthetic resin with the in-mold label 11 by insert injection molding. Adhesion of the in-mold label to the cup container is achieved by direct adhesion of the paper-made layer 14 to the surface of the cup container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
