摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector which is excellent in both of adhesion strength between a scintillator layer and a substrate, and the adhesion strength between a moisture-proof layer and the substrate, and which has high reliability in cold and hot environment or in high temperature and high humidity environment. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detector 11 comprises: an array substrate 12 having pixels 17; a scintillator layer 13 formed on the pixels 17; a conductive moisture-proof layer 15 formed so as to cover the scintillator layer 13; and an adhesive layer 16 for bonding the moisture-proof layer 15 and the array substrate 12. The array substrate 12 is partitioned at least into an active area A and an adhesive area B. In the active area A, a protective film 26a formed of organic resin is provided on a surface where the scintillator layer 13 is formed, and in the adhesive area B, an inorganic protective film 26b is provided on a surface where the adhesive layer 16 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
