<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted microscope system shortening a time for applying exciting light to an observation sample in a time lapse observation. <P>SOLUTION: In the time lapse observation, while performing an autofocus, the inverted microscope system does not allow an application of the exiting light to the observation sample, when photographing the observation sample after finishing the autofocus, allows the application of the exiting light to the observation sample, and after finishing the photographing, does not allow the application of the exciting light to the observation sample again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
