<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating a torsional electromagnetic wave and an electric power system employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In accordance with the present invention, since the device for generating the torsional electromagnetic wave is electrically isolated from a power source unit providing a power source for a load, the device can be placed regardless of a power supply system and current and voltage provided to the power source, and may reduce power consumption of a high-power device comprising an induction motor such as an air conditioner and a refrigerator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
