<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact recording device that can form an image of high quality, wherein power consumption is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An ink jetting head 7 and an LED 80, both being mounted on a moving carriage 6, are cooled through circulation of a coolant, so that a cooling unit 10 can be separated into a heat transfer part 15, a cooling pipe 16, and other heat-radiating part 11, wherein the heat transfer part 15 and the cooling pipe 16 are mounted on the carriage 6. Thus the compact inkjet recording device 1 can be obtained. The ink jetting head 7 and the LED 80 are cooled, so that an ultraviolet-curing ink can be jetted stably by temperature rise and the image of high quality can be formed.
