<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aluminum alloy plate for a printing plate which is excellent in electrolytically roughened surface characteristics and tensile strength and reduces the manufacturing cost and scratch of the surface. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy plate for the printing plate, which is subject to an electrolytically roughened surface treatment and is used as a support body of the printing plate, includes Si:0.03-0.15 mass%, Fe: 0.2-0.6 mass%, Ti: 0.005-0.05 mass% and Ni: 0.005-0.10 mass% and contains at least one selected from Mn: 0.005-0.05 mass%, Mg: 0.005-0.05 mass% and Cu: 0.005-0.05 mass% and includes a composition comprising the balance of Al and inevitable impurities, and is manufactured by performing cold rolling with no intermediate annealing. The number density of Ni-containing intermetallic compounds, whose maximum length is 1-10 μm, is 200-4,000 pieces/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>among intermetallic compounds present in the plate surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
