<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method and a molding device, by which a skin is precisely set while partially regulating the position to a first mold without causing displacement or wrinkle. <P>SOLUTION: The molding device is provided with: the first mold 11 having intake holes 13 in a plurality of places and capable of sucking the skin C; and a second mold 12 arranged corresponding to the first mold 11 so as to be capable of approaching and being separated from the first mold 11. In a state where the skin C is sucked by vacuum in the intake holes 13 of the plurality of the places of the first mold 11, the second mold 12 on which a base material B is set is matched with the first mold 11, and in that state, a resin material M is molded integrally on the skin C between both mold 11, 12.
