<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet that makes it possible to lay on one's back when it is difficult to lay on one's back when going to bed due to aging or injury, in which laying on one's back when going to bed serves as rehabilitation of a curved body, that contributes to health by making one third of life, which is assumed to be spent on bed, comfortable. <P>SOLUTION: At one third of length of a sheet 1, the same fabric 2 as the sheet, with the same width and an ankle-to-toe length, is sewn and partitions are made at three sites to make pockets 3.
