Disclosed is a coated solid preparation containing montelukast, which is capable of maintaining the stability of montelukast or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of montelukast contained therein with respect to moisture even in cases where the coated solid preparation is in an unpacked state, and is thus applicable to a one-dose pack. Specifically disclosed is a coated solid preparation which contains montelukast or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient and is coated with a coating layer that contains a polyvinyl alcohol and swellable clay. The mass ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol to the swellable clay contained in the coating layer is from 8:2 to 3:7.
