<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar radiation evaluation device capable of calculating solar radiation intensity and insolation on a tilted surface by a simple process while taking into account the effect of surrounding obstacles, and to provide a solar radiation evaluation method and solar radiation evaluation program. A solar radiation evaluation device (1) for calculating the solar radiation intensity or insolation on a tilted surface, the device comprising: an acquiring unit (2) for acquiring a variety of data relating to a tilted surface and to an obstacle that blocks solar radiation to the tilted surface; a solar radiation component calculator (3) for calculating, on the basis of the variety of data acquired by the acquiring unit (2), a value of a solar radiation component on the tilted surface, the effect of a shadow of an obstacle being considered, for each predetermined solar radiation component of solar radiation intensity or insolation; and a solar radiation evaluating unit (4) for calculating the solar radiation intensity or insolation on the tilted surface by adding together the solar radiation components calculated by the solar radiation component calculator (3).</p> |
