PURPOSE: A method for making Makkoli containing Rubus crataegifolius extract is provided to prevent and treat diabetes with excellent preference. CONSTITUTION: A method for Makkoli containing Rubus crataegifolius comprises: a step of preparing hard boiled rice and ipguk(Japaneses koji); a step of mixing purified water and fermentation ipguk to prepare a crude liquor; a step of adding deotbab(rice for brewage); a step of secondarily fermenting the crude liquor; a step of preparing and juicing Rubus crataegifolius; a step of mixing the Rubus crataegifolius extract with the secondary fermentation liquid and filtering and maturing the liquid; and a step of heating the liquid at 65 Deg. C. for 30 minutes.
