PURPOSE: A wireless energy receiving device and a portable electronic device including the same are provided to prevent breakdown of elements due to high power by distributing a voltage using a transformer to reduce the power applied to the elements in the wireless energy receiving device. CONSTITUTION: A receiving end(112) transmits an input signal to a rectifier. A first rectifier(113a) includes a first transformer(TS1), a first NMOS transistor(M1) and a second NMOS transistor(M2). A second rectifier(113b) includes a second transformer(TS2), a third NMOS transistor(M3) and a fourth NMOS transistor(M4). A smoothing unit(115) includes a capacitor(C1) connected between an output end(116) and ground. The output end is commonly connected to other end of the first to the fourth NMOS transistors.
