PURPOSE: A DNA detection apparatus is provided to ensure simple structure and short detection time. CONSTITUTION: A DNA detection apparatus(100) comprises: a microchannel having first, second and third microchannels; a decomposition part for decomposing cells into DNAs through the first micro channel by applying positive or negative voltage; an amplification unit for amplifying the DNAs through the second microchannel; and a detection unit for detecting the amplified DNA using an electric signal by oxidation/reduction.
