<p>The arrangement has a double wall structure (1) composed of double facade walls (11, 12) in which a filling insulating material i.e. insulator (5), having insulation function is filled. The double walls surround an intermediate space (14) occupied entirely by the filling material that is insulated to form a non-cut and jointless insulating layer. The double wall structure is formed by beams (4) that are composed of construction elements (2) with double toothed profiles made of a single piece.
