<p>Apparatus (10) for cutting paper logs (11) in a plurality of rolls (12) comprising at least one longitudinal input channel (13) of said log (11) and at least one output channel (14) of said rolls (12), said channels (13, 14) defining circular housings (16) for stably receiving said log (11) and said rolls (12) and being arranged in a succession among them and separated by a cutting device (17) of said log (11) in said rolls (12), being provided means for moving (18) said log (11) and said rolls (12) along said channels (13, 14), said channels (13, 14) comprising mobile walls (15) for selectively varying the diameter of said circular housings (16), each one of said walls (15) comprising an upper mobile gripping portion (20) and a lower mobile supporting portion (21) for said logs (11) and rolls (12), said lower mobile supporting portion (21) for said logs (11) and rolls (12) being connected through pins (22, 23) with a structure for supporting said apparatus (10) on one side and with an intermediate portion of said upper mobile gripping portion (20) on another side, said upper mobile gripping portion (20) comprising a free upper end (24) and a base end rotatably connected to a cursor (25) movable within an inclined slot (28), there being provided a mobile actuator (26) for moving said walls (15), which engages the upper mobile gripping portion (20) at said base end.</p> |
