PURPOSE: A vaporizing and suction apparatus, and a vaporizing member applied to the apparatus are provided to stably vaporize suction objects at the high temperature of a heating member. CONSTITUTION: A vaporizing and suction apparatus includes a vaporizing member(150). The vaporizing member includes a heating member(155) generating heat, and a heat storage member(154) storing the heat generated from the heating member. The heat generated from the heating member and stored inside the heat storage member vaporizes suction objects. The heat storage member is produced with a material selected from ceramics, pottery, glass, piezoelectric ceramics, or advanced ceramics. |
