PURPOSE: A substrate for an LED lighting device having an electromagnetic shielding function is provided to prevent the damage of an inner lead of LEDs by discharging and bypassing electromagnetic energy through a ground pattern. CONSTITUTION: One or more LEDs(2) are installed on a substrate(1). The substrate includes a positive/negative power supply pattern(11,12). An electromagnetic wave blocking element(3) in the shape of a transparent dome surrounds the LEDs. A ground pattern(12a) is formed around the LED. An electrode layer(32) for discharge is formed on the bottom surface of the electromagnetic wave blocking element. The electrode layer is electrically contacted to the ground pattern. A transparent polyester film(30) includes a transparent conductive coating layer(31). |
