PURPOSE: A method for selectively precipitating molybdenum from molybdenite and a method for separating rhenium using the same are provided to establish effective rhenium and molybdenite recovering processes by using a hydrometallurgy method which object is a molybdenite roasting powder and the molybdenite is selectively separated in a pre-treatment step for recovering the rhenium. CONSTITUTION: A method for selectively precipitating molybdenum from molybdenite is a pre-treatment step for separating rhenium from molybdenite. NH 4OH solution is used as an extracting solution for a roasting powder so that the molybdenum is precipitated.
