摘要 PURPOSE: A nano porous electrode for super capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the usage of metal by using hydrogen generated by electroplating as a template. CONSTITUTION: A conductive metal substrate(5) is prepared. The conductive metal substrate is composed of platinum, silver, copper, gold titanium, nickel and ruthenium. A conductive metal(8) is selected from platinum, silver, copper and gold. An adhesion layer(7) is formed by spreading titanium and chrome to improve the adhesion. A metal layer is made of conductive metals such as platinum and copper. A porous metal structure(20) is formed on the conductive metal substrate by electroplating the conductive metal substrate in a metal-contained electrolyte.
