PURPOSE: A method for forming patterns on a panel is provided to guarantee high quality of products by straightly making a boundary corner because a cutter blade is ascended according to the angle of an inclined surface of a pattern groove at a boundary corner of each machining section. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming patterns on a panel is as follows. Moving coordinates corresponding to a cutter blade moving path are set. A panel(1) is positioned at a machining spot. A cutter blade(3) is positioned at an initial machining spot of the panel. The cutter blade is rotated to form groove shaped patterns(2) on the surface of the panel, and is moved along the coordinates.
