PURPOSE: Fabric for a sweat suit, a method for manufacturing the same, and the sweat suit are provided to improve the warmth keeping function and the heating function of fabric for a sweat suit by including a water-repellent layer and a barrier film. CONSTITUTION: Fabric(10) for a sweat suit includes synthetic fiber-based textile(11), a water repellent layer(12), an adhesive layer(13), and a barrier film(14). The water repellent layer is formed on the surface of the textile. The adhesive layer is arranged at one side of the water repellent layer. The barrier film is attached on the adhesive layer and is based on aluminum powder and silver nano powder containing polyurethane.
