PURPOSE: Dried bracken with Chinese medical herbs, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer a prevention and treatment effect of adult diseases to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dried bracken with Chinese medical herbs comprises the following steps: boiling the medical herbs with water to obtain a herbal extract; removing solid parts from the herbal extract, and cooling the herbal extract; soaking the bracken in the herbal extract for 30 minutes-1 hour; boiling for steaming the soaked bracken; rinsing the bracken with the herbal extract; and drying the rinsed bracken. The herbal extract is obtained by boiling 5-20g of smilax china, 5-20g of lindera obtusiloba, 5-20g of crataegus pinnatifida, 5-20g of glycyrrhiza uralensis, and 1-10g of saururus chinensis at 105-120 deg C for 5-15 minutes and at 95-105 deg C for 10-30 minutes. |
