PURPOSE: A composition containing histone diacetylase(HAAC) inhibitors is provided to suppress nasal polyp development . CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating nasal polyp disorders contains HDAC inhibitors as an active ingredient. The inhibitor is hydroxamic acid, cyclic tetrapeptide, depsipeptide, benzamide, aliphatic acid, nicotine amide, dihydrocoumarin, naphthopyranone, or 2-hydroxynaphaldehydes. A composition for preventing or treating sinusitis contains the inhibitor as an active ingredient.
