<p>The method involves detecting whether a stored hot water reserve is partially drained. The partially drained reserve is filled with the water that is heated by a heating element (3). The heated water or the complement of the water heated by the element is channeled via a transfer tube toward an upper part of a water heater and stored in the upper part so as to avoid movement of the heated water rising upward to break a mirror (M) and mix with the water contained in a tank (C) of the water heater, where the mirror acts as a separation zone between the hot water and the cold water. An independent claim is also included for a device for managing a hot water reserve at predetermined temperature.</p> |
